• Acting for Kwik Fit, part of European Tyre Enterprise Limited, on a complex multi-jurisdictional transaction involving entities in the UK, Jersey and listed on the Tokyo and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges, in respect of the acquisition of a group that owns a portfolio of 83 UK properties
• Advising Morrison Community Care Group on multiple UK-wide acquisitions/sales of care homes
• Advising Energiekontor for their sale of a Scottish wind park project to global energy supplier Uniper
• Advising an investor in relation to the joint venture development of a £6.5m student housing scheme
• Acting for a private equity fund on follow-on investments, including into a company running a marketing automation platform
• Within transport and sport, the team advises MV Commercial Limited, the electric boat racing championship E1 Series, and electric racing championship Extreme E that will soon launch the world’s first hydrogen world cup
