MFMac acted on the purchase of the business and assets of Scotscraig Golf Club as a going concern. As part of the transaction it also entered into a long lease, arrangements regarding use of IP rights, a partnership agreement with its Council for the ongoing operation of the golf club and purchased the car park site.
