The Pinsent Masons LLP Restructuring team has appointed Michelle Elliot and Callum Carmichael of FRP Advisory as administrators to Orkney Fishermen’s Society Limited (a 70-year-old co-operative society) and handled the immediate sale of the business and assets out of administration to a subsidiary of Oban-based PDK Shellfish Limited. This was a positive outcome as the jobs of all 55 staff were saved.
