We acted for DM Hall as the buyer of the entire issued share capital of Hyde Harrington Limited from the target's shareholders. We advised the Buyer on corporate, commercial and employment aspects of the transaction. The deal was cross-border as the sellers and target company are based in England and the deal was governed by English law. DM Hall is a Scottish based Charted Surveyors firm and its acquisition of Hyde Harrington Limited marked their first expansion into England.
