Energy services provider Expro has acquired well construction cementing company DeltaTek Global. The acquisition allows Reading-headquartered Expro to broaden its capabilities and technology portfolio within the well construction sector, while accelerating Aberdeen-based DeltaTek’s international deployment ambitions.
