We advised NYOP Education (Aberdeen) Limited, the project company for the £120.5m Aberdeen Schools 3Rs PPP Project (one of the largest grouped schools PPP projects in Scotland) in relation to the procurement by Aberdeen City Council of an extension to Bucksburn High School. This involved a complex variation to the existing PPP contracts and the consent of ProjectCo’s funders.
