We advised Gresham House Asset Management on the successful further closings for its flagship sustainable infrastructure fund: Gresham House British Sustainable Infrastructure Fund II ('BSIF II'). BSIF II raised £150 million at second close. BSIF II invests in new Sustainable Infrastructure: real asset based solutions developed to address environmental and societal challenges. Specifically, it focuses on six sub-sectors where its Sustainable Infrastructure solutions have the potential for greatest impact and financial reward: resource efficiency; digital inclusion; waste solutions; regeneration; decarbonisation; health and education.
