DC Consulting has developed a strong reputation as a dynamic, solution-driven firm with a proven track record in advising the management teams and shareholders of emerging technology companies and established trading businesses, specialising in transactions in the £0.25 million to £25 million range. Our track record of fundraising expertise and support to companies is demonstrated by completing transactions in excess of £515 million for clients to date. During this period, we have also returned more than £200 million to investor shareholders and management teams, and currently advise more than 60 clients looking to transition their business models on exits within the next two to five years. • Secured £29 million of private equity supporting six transactions within the year.
• Provided further working growth capital of £8 million of debt funding.
• As well as the deals above, DC Consulting has managed to support companies in other ways such as David Glen providing assistance through grant processes and securing clients’ R&D tax credits in excess of £1.5 million to support their business with additional cashflows, as well as offering business advisory roles to assist businesses on a daily basis.
