DealTrack is the only real-time guide to deals completed in Scotland.
- You can search for information on deals completed by vendor, seller, by sector, lead advisor, and funders.

All major deals will be published quarterly in print format in The Business Magazine distributed with The Sunday Times Scotland. The bumper for 2025 will be published in the spring edition on April 12th, 2026.
How to submit your deals
Submit your deal announcements by filling out the DealTrack Submission Form.
It’s easy to use, and only takes minutes to fill in. We upload all submitted deals every Thursday. There is no word limit when completing the Deal Description. You can enhance your listing by including your organisation in the DealMakers Directory.
Please use the key:
- L: law firm;
- A: accountants;
- CF: corporate finance;
- DD: due diligence;
- I: investor;
- V: vendor;
- P: purchaser
