• Represented Elephant House International Limited in securing the lease of 21 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, marking the conclusion of a four year process to reopen the iconic former Elephant House Café site, often referred to as the ‘birthplace’ of Harry Potter
• Acted for Busy Bees Holdings Limited on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of LVN Holdings Limited and its subsidiary Lochview Nursery Limited, operators of children’s day nurseries
• Advised Reid Mitchell HD Limited on its merger with HD Property Consultants Ltd and subsequent transition of the merged business to employee ownership through an EOT
