• Acted for Archangel Investors Ltd and Eos Advisory on their investment in Edinburgh-based Bioliberty which raised $10.2m in the financing round, supporting the continued development of its technology
• Advised William Sword Ltd in connection with the transition to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)
• Represented Laurabelle Aesthetics Ltd in the purchase of the skincare part of the Derma T Aesthetics business
• Acted for the shareholders in the sale of the entire issued share capital of JMC Healthcare Ltd, which operates two pharmacies – Bankton Pharmacy and Wallyford Pharmacy, to Bilon & Stuart (Holdings) Ltd
