We were instructed by Santander UK Plc to review a £250,000 overdraft facility agreement, £2.5 million trade loan facility, and £2.5 million invoicing financing facility to be made available to the borrower and advise on any specific Scots law amendments which were required. The work also involved drafting the supporting security documents and liaising with the outgoing lender in relation to the release of existing security.
