We acted on behalf of Old College Capital LP, the investment arm of the University of Edinburgh, in connection with its equity investment in Singular Photonics Limited. The investment was made alongside Scottish Enterprise and Cambridge Angel Investors as part of a wider funding round to support the company's growth and development.
