Pinsent Masons advised the Enva Group, the national recycling and resource recovery business, on the acquisitions of the business and certain assets of Shore Recycling Limited, including an electrical waste and recycling plant in Perth, Scotland. The acquisition is intended to enable the currently closed plant to reopen in 2024.
