Pinsent Masons has advised MML Capital Partners Fund 8 on its minority investment in Ross-shire Engineering Limited, which included the rollover investment by existing management. Ross-shire Engineering Limited is the UK's leading technology provider to the water industry. It specialises in the design, manufacture and maintenance of water treatment plants. MML is a longstanding PE client of the firm, with this representing the first transaction for its new partnership fund and one of MML’s largest deals based on the (confidential) EV of £180 million.
