The acquisition by Broadway Bidco Limited of the entire issued share capital of Ross-shire Engineering Limited. Harper Macleod LLP acted for the Dallas family group of shareholders in relation to the sale. The Dallas family's consideration was partly in cash and partly equity issued in Broadway Topco Limited.
