We advised Forth Health Limited, the project company for the £375m Forth Valley Royal Hospital PFI Project in relation to the procurement by NHS Forth Valley of a new additional elective care ward and national care centre. This involved a complex variation to the existing PFI contracts and the consent of ProjectCo’s funders.
