Immediately following the completion of the acquisition of Priory CC117 from Magnus Care Holdings Limited, part of Care Concern Group, the parties then exchanged on a conditional sale agreement for Morrison Community Care & Reilly Ventures Ltd to sell Priory CC117 back to Care Concern Group, with completion to occur upon completion of development of the care home facility.
