We acted for the management team of Global Energy (Engineering & Construction) Limited in the proposed disposal of 100% of the issued share capital in the company to SCF Partners and separately advised them on the legal aspects of the re-investment of certain of their proceeds from the disposal. The management team retained their positions and have retained a material interest in the group.
