We acted for the shareholders of Lees Foods in the sale of Lees to Finsbury Food Group plc, an AIM-listed speciality baked-goods manufacturer, in a deal worth c£5.7m. Established in 1931, Lees is a leading manufacturer of making branded confectionary, such as the macaroon bar, snowball, meringues, and teacakes.
