We were instructed to act on behalf of LHV Bank Limited (Lender) to assist with the provision of a term loan facility to refinance the borrower’s existing indebtedness with a third party lender. We were instructed to provide a Scots law specific review of the facility letter as well as drafting the security suite and providing a full report on title in relation to the property security. We were also instructed to provide deeds of subordination and ranking agreement to manage the relationship with other incumbent creditors.
