Legal & General Group plc, the listed United Kingdom based insurance group also offering investment management and financial services, agreed to sell Cala Group Ltd, the local residential buildings construction company, to Ferguson Bidco Ltd, a holding company owned by Sixth Street Partners LLC, the United States based global investment firm, and Patron Capital Advisors LLP, a United Kingdom-based private equity firm, for a consideration of £1.16bn, with an enterprise value of £1.35bn. The transaction is expected to complete in Q4 2024.
